Kozette’s goal is to enrich every life she touches: People over product, relationships over revenue. Her home show hostesses receive an average of $250 of free Premier Designs jewelry.
I love what I do. Helping women look polished, put together and professional – from the soccer sidelines, backyard BBQ, the Board Room or sister’s wedding. We have so much fun playing in the jewelry and learning new fashion tips and how to accessorize using the most current trends and techniques.
Kozette has had a wide variety of job experiences from grade school teacher, children’s entertainer, office manger and waitress to advertising executive. Every one of these positions has taught her skills she applies to being a PD jeweler: Sales techniques, fashion savvy, muli-tasking, patience, composure, thinking on her feet.
I am a people person and truly enjoy working with women and especially assisting them in looking good and feeling special.
Kozette is her own boss, setting her own schedule and pace. In business for herself, she has a tremendous resource in Premier Designs whenever she needs support. The other women jewelers are enormously helpful and will go out of their way to lend a hand. PD is a company with high standards and integrity.
The product is of great quality with programs in place to support you as a jeweler and the customer as a consumer. It is enormously refreshing to find this kind of commitment and follow-through.
